Punch Rivera earned his Master of Laws in International Business Law with Merit, Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate and Securities Law with Merit, and Post Graduate Certificate in Taxation Law with Distinction from the University of London, under the academic direction of the Queen Mary University of London. He graduated from the University of the Philippines with degrees in B.S. Business Administration and Accountancy and Bachelor of Laws, as a recipient of the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence, and as a member of the prestigious honor society, the Order of the Purple Feather. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He is an active member of the ASEAN Law Association.
Mr. Rivera started his career in 1999 with Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (“SGV & Co.”) as an associate of SGV & Co.’s Tax Compliance Group. Mr. Rivera received his law training from the leading law firm of Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz as part of its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and its Tax Department. He was also, at one time, a Technical Assistant to the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s Deputy Commissioner for Legal and Enforcement Department. He is a law professor in Remedial Law at the University of the Philippines College of Law, and a senior lecturer in Taxation and Business Law at the University of the Philippines Virata School of Business.
Mr. Rivera is formerly the National Treasurer of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines National Office and served as a Commissioner on Bar Discipline.

Linus Galias graduated from the University of the Philippines with degrees in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, Major in Special Education, and Bachelor of Laws.
Mr. Galias interned at the UP Office of Legal Aid, and thereafter joined the law firm, Soriano Velez & Partners Law Offices in 2006. He later worked for the Abbas Alejandro-Abbas Francisco Law Offices until 2007, before joining the Estayan & Associates Law Office as a Junior Partner. In 2009, Mr. Galias became a Partner at DGR Law.
Mr. Galias also served as a special consultant to the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Justice, and is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Quezon City Chapter and the Capitol Bar Association.

Atty. Noreen Joyce E. Aquino received her law degree from San Beda College, Mendiola and her Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics in University of the Philippines, Los Banos.

Atty. Jarene Eurice C. Cambaliza received her law degree from San Beda College-Alabang School of Law and her bachelor of arts in Political Science at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas.
She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Quezon City Chapter.
Atty. Cambaliza’s areas of practice include litigation, banking, intellectual property, conveyancing of real property, titling, estate settlement and planning, and other special projects.
Ms. Dayrit completed her Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda University in 2017 then took and passed the November 2017 bar exams. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration degree from the University of the Philippines – Diliman in 2008.
She also served as member of the San Beda College of Law Electoral Board and was a writer for the San Beda Law Journal.
Her areas of expertise are litigation, corporate law, labor law, civil law, taxation and special projects.
Ms. Dayrit is a member of the Pasay-Parañaque-Las Piñas-Muntinlupa (PPLM) Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. She is also a lifetime member of the U.P. Alumni Association.
